🐾 About Our Ragdoll Cattery
We have a VERY small Ragdoll breeding program. We usually keep 3-4 Ragdoll queens total. And our big, stunning, handsome, Champion boy, "Bear." So, we only have a few litters of Ragdoll kittens a year, but we cherish every moment with the fluffy little angels.
We do a little co-breeding with my sister at Bayou Ragdolls. So you may occasionally see one of her studs as the father. She's the only person I trust and would ever co-breed with.
I have been breeding Ragdoll cats since 2022, BUT I have been breeding Bengal cats since 2008. So I have extensive experience breeding cats. My daughters were begging for Ragdoll kittens, and I had ALWAYS wanted one myself. I wasn't sure if my allergies would be able to handle them, but I decided to just go for it! To my amazement, I didn't react to the ragdolls like I thought I would. (You should see how much allergy medicine I have to take at the cat shows!) I decided to start a very small Ragdoll breeding program along with my Bengals. I just really love what I do, and the idea of having little fluffy white kittens that are so much different from Bengals, yet equally as amazing, was too hard for me to resist. Those crystal blue eyes get me every time!
We have been to multiple cat shows with our Ragdolls, and it's so much fun! The girls love grooming the Ragdoll cats and getting them prepped for their turn in the show ring.
The Ragdolls and Bengals get along SO well together. It's like opposites attract with them. Although sometimes the Ragdolls just can't do what the Bengals are doing. We love to get out a laser pointer and watch one of the Bengals climb the wall chasing it, and then here comes Chloe with her big belly and massive fluff of hair; she will do her best to catch it, but she can only jump to about counter height at most. And even that takes some effort on her part.
